木质素磺酸钠对水煤浆稳定性的影响研究

Research on the Stability of Making Slurry with Sodium Lignosulfonate for CWS

摘要:

研究了中国矿业大学(北京)研制的萘系分散剂KY33与两种不同变质程度煤的制浆效果以及添加木质素磺酸钠对水煤浆的稳定性的影响。通过制浆试验,合理选择配比进行制浆,确定KY33的最佳用药量,并通过添加木质素磺酸钠来提高水煤浆的稳定性。利用Turbiscan Lab稳定性分析仪对复配药剂制备的水煤浆的稳定性进行评价。结果表明:不同变质程度的煤对应的KY33最佳用药量不同,但添加适量木质素磺酸钠均可有效的提高浆体的稳定性。

Abstract:

The ability of making slurry with naphthalene series dispersant KY33 developed by China university of mining and technology (Beijing) as additive for coal water slurry and the improvement of its stability were studied with coals of two different ranks by adding a small amount of lignosulfonate. According to the pulping experiment, the reasonable proportion of coal sample and the optimal dose of KY33 were determined, and to improve the stability of CWS by combining with sodium lignosulfonate. The stability of CWS was investigated using Turbiscan Lab stability analyzer. The results showed that the optimal dose of KY33 varied with the coal ranks, but the effect of KY33 and the slurry stability could be effectively improved by combining with a moderate amount of lignosulfonate.
